中國重型汽車集團（香港）國際資本有限公司（以下簡稱香港公司）是中國重型汽車集團有限公司爲加快實施集團公司國際化戰略在境外設立的窗口公司，直接隸屬於集團公司。
    2004年6月16日，經國家商務部並商國務院港澳辦同意，正式批准，中國重型汽車集團有限公司在香港設立“中國重型汽車集團（香港）國際資本有限公司”。香港公司於8月6日在香港特區政府正式註冊登記。
香港公司工作職能及經營範圍主要包括四個方面：
    1） 提供國際汽車市場的諮詢與策劃，建立與國外經濟、技術及貿易的合作關係，尋求國際投資與發展的機會。
    2） 以香港爲基地開展各類國際業務，包括汽車整車的出口、零部件的進出口、原材料的進口、機械設備、各種配套件及儀器的訂購和相關技術的引進等。
    3） 利用香港資本市場的優勢推動集團公司的資産重組，利用國際資本發展集團公司及相關産業，積極參與企業資産重組及資本市場，支持集團公司發展中的融資工作。
    4） 爲集團公司及業務相關單位提供商務服務。主要提供進出口貿易、資本運作、商務資訊等綜合性服務。

目前，香港公司業務全面展開。

China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (Hong Kong) International Investment Limited company (hereinafter called Hong Kong Company) is a subsidiary company established in Hong Kong by China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co. Ltd. (CNHTC) as a bridge to outside world. It is directly under the leadership of CNHTC. After getting the approval from Ministry of Commercial and Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council on June 16, 2004, Hong Kong Company registered formally on August 6, 2004 at Hong Kong Government.

The function and business scale of Hong Kong Company mainly include the following:

1. Supplying consult and planning of international auto market; establishing co-operation relationship of economy, technology and trade with foreign countries; seeking for international investment and development opportunities.
2. Regarding Hong Kong as the base, developing all kinds of international business, including auto export, auto parts import and export, raw material import, import of mechanical equipment and related spare parts, instrument ordering and technology introduction etc.
3. Pushing forward CNHTC capital reform by taking the advantage of Hong Kong capital market; making use of international capital to develop CNHTC and its related industry; taking active part in enterprise capital reform and capital market; supporting the financing of CNHTC.
4. Supplying business service to CNHTC and working-related units, mainly import and export business trade, investment operation and business consult etc.
