inafter called Hong Kong Company) is newly established in Hong Kong by China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co. Ltd. (CNHTC) as an important step of realizing its international strategy. It
will become the main foreign trade company of CNHTC. The foreign trade business of Hong Kong
Company mainly involves the following:

1. Importing auto parts, machinery and equipment, high-tech instruments and apparat-
uses, tools, materials for CNHTC and other mainland companies.
2. Exporting vehicles manufactured by CNHTC, such as heavy duty trucks, military
cross-country vehicles, tippers, prime movers, liquefied gas tankers, concrete mixer trucks, garbage collecting trucks, cold storage trucks and buses, as well as assemblies parts and components for heavy duty trucks; And also exporting various kinds of construction machinery, farm machinery and tools, machine tools and accessories, instruments and apparatuses, hand tools, measuring and cutting tools, riggings, bearings, motorcycles and spare parts, forgings and castings, engines, marine
engines, generating sets, rubbers, chemical products, etc. manufactured by other companies. Hong Kong Company also undertakes processing trade with supplied drawings, samples and materials along with compensation trade.
